We're looking for a Sales Representative to work with the WebFindYou Marketing Department, our clients, and other internal departments.

Position Summary:

The Sales Representative's role is to assist with generating and capturing leads by selling the WebFindYou All-in-One Digital Marketing Technology. This person will be implementing a robust sales strategy for WebFindYou where they upsell our Digital Marketing Technology to existing clients and enterprises of all sizes and push our current catalog of services as a technology. This person will set goals, quarterly objectives, and create multiple strategies to push our revolutionary technology. This person must have a previous background in Digital Marketing and understands the technical aspects of digital marketing and what it encompasses as a whole. Someone who is an excellent communicator in English, and having an understanding of Spanish is considered a plus. An ideal candidate should have an extensive background and understanding of the Internet, use of search engines, SEO and SEM, social media platforms, CMS, PPC, and the digital market industry as a whole. They must be up to date on the latest trends in digital marketing and be able to apply their knowledge to create a solid sales strategy for our company using both a creative and fact-based analytic approach.

Position Duties:

  • Work directly with the CEO of WebFindYou, Marketing Departments, and other internal Sales Departments.
  • Prospect and contact potential customers; Make 30+ outbound sales pitches on a daily basis.
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by a set deadline.
  • Be aware of the latest WebFindYou developments and be able to communicate the technology effectively to prospects.
  • Develop innovative ways to accelerate business development through data analysis, marketing strategies, and purposeful planning.
  • Qualify the lead by identifying an interest or need to grow their business.
  • Ability to communicate and work across all departments.
  • Drafts, prepares and forwards business correspondence and interoffice memoranda as required.
  • Maintain client information and relevant correspondence in the CRM.
  • Meetings with existing and potential new customers to strengthen relationships and build new relationships.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
  • 3+ years' experience in cold calling sales with strong track record of success.
  • Present and sell WebFindYou technology and services to new and existing customers.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Cold-calling and job site calls are required.
  • Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.
  • Previous experience of preparing professional sales presentations and quotes for customers.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and general business software.
  • Must be PC literate, proficient in Excel, Word and standard email applications.
  • Able to learn and understand current Digital Marketing trends.
  • Able to work both independently and in a team setting.
  • Detailed oriented person with a big picture perspective and excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Be driven by a rewarding commission based pay structure.
  • Able to input numerical data accurately.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish is a plus.
The ideal candidate will be located in Miami, otherwise in South Florida; however, for the right candidate, we are open to other locations as well. Due to the current crisis, you will be working from home, but once the crisis is behind us you may be required to work from our offices or simply report to them on an as-needed basis if you are located in South Florida; however, this decision will be determined in the future.
